Where & how are your microgreens cultivated & made into products?

Sun-Grown in Colorado since 2017, our microgreens are cultivated on-site, not sourced. We grow on an organic medium with non-GMO & organic seeds, and use fresh water, not synthetic fertilizers. We harvest at the peak nutritional state and cold-dehydrate (a natural low & slow process) in our commercial kitchen. We freshly mill just upon making each small batch of this green gold for our microgreen goods 💚💛

What is a possible downside of microgreens?

The short shelf life of microgreens can make storage and distribution challenging. The higher cost compared to fully grown greens might make them less accessible to some people. Limited availability in certain areas could prevent more widespread use and consumption. How do I make microgreen shots?

¼ teaspoon in 8 oz of water=microgreen water. To make microgreen shots, a more concentrated & convenient version of microgreen water, add 2 teaspoons of Microgreen Power Powder (8 servings) to a 16 ounce mason jar. Shake & store in fridge for up to a week. Recipe makes 8 2 oz shots, each containing the ¼ teaspoon serving. Start each day ahead with the nutritional equivalent of 2-3 veggie servings in a single shot with a smooth texture & subtle fresh flavor…&/or add a shot to any beverage throughout your day 🍵
